How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Taily and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid being charged. Deleting your Taily account does not cancel it.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I already paid, but Taily asks me to subscribe

Open the subscription screen and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy Taily Premium.

I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the link in the email. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your dog's profile, schedule, check-ins and photos. You can also email us to ask.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Email [email protected] and we will send it within one month. See our Privacy Policy for all your rights.

Is Taily a replacement for my vet?

No. Taily gives general information about raising a puppy, written partly by AI. Always check with your vet about your dog's health, and contact a vet straight away in an emergency. See our Terms of Use.
